A: Absolutely! If you have a theme or favorite character, let us know in advance and we’ll prepare special designs for your event.
Q: What do you need from the venue?
A: A shaded or indoor space, and enough room for guests to gather safely in a line. For outdoor events, access to an electrical outlet helps if we bring inflators for onsite installations.
Q: How long will my balloon decorations last?
A: Indoor decorations can last up to 2 weeks or more if kept away from heat and direct sunlight. Outdoor installations generally last 24–48 hours, depending on weather conditions.
Q: What kind of balloon décor do you offer?
A: We offer organic arches, classic arches, balloon garlands, columns, walls, ceiling installations, backdrops, and large custom displays. Just ask!
Q: Can you set up outdoors?
A: Yes, but we recommend shaded or covered areas. Direct sunlight, wind, or sharp surfaces can reduce longevity. For outdoor arches or displays, we use heavy-duty materials and weighted bases for stability making moving difficult.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for large events or weekends. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability and the limited balloons on hand.
Q: Do you take down the decorations after the event?
A: Yes, we offer an “Striking” cleanup service for $75 unless otherwise stated. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like that included in your quote.
Q: Are your balloons environmentally friendly?
A: Yes! We use high-quality biodegradable latex and reusable framing materials whenever possible. We encourage proper disposal and never release balloons outdoors.
Q: Can you match my event colors or theme?
A: Definitely! We can match any color scheme or theme — from weddings and baby showers to corporate events and brand launches.
Q: Do you use helium or air-filled balloons?
A: Most décor is air-filled, which is safer and longer lasting. We at splendid balloons try to avoid using Helium in designs as Helium is a precious commodity used for cooling superconducting magnets in MRI scanners and pressurizing rocket fuel tanks making Helium Expensive. Great news is that we offer tons of Air-Filled options which can create the illusion of helium style designs.
Q: Can you reschedule if weather is bad?
A: Yes, we offer flexible rescheduling for outdoor events when severe weather is expected. We’ll work with you to move the setup indoors or to another date when possible if we are available.
Q: Can you keep my balloons Shiny?
A: Yes, we offer shine options for indoor/outdoor events for an additional cost. Prior to application we install a floor cover to prevent spray shine from touching surfaces but this cannot and will not prevent overspray from coming in contact with the floor, walls and other surfaces. Please note that Balloon shining sprays pose several dangers, including creating a lethal slip hazard on floors, damages/ staining and potentially causing balloons to pop in direct sunlight. Inhalation of the mist can be harmful, requiring proper ventilation and protective gear, and some formulations may contain hazardous chemicals. The purchaser agrees to any costs related to damages, repairs or cleaning resulting in balloon shine application.

A: We are located in Colton, CA. We service areas within 15 miles and have a travel fee for locations outsider or our service area. We have serviced events even out of state, don’t be afraid to ask.
